2. Services Provided We offer energy efficiency testing, certification, and related services, including:

  • Airflow Measurements Test
  • Refrigerant Charge Verification
  • Watt Draw Test
  • Indoor Air Quality Testing
  • Blower Door Test
  • Energy Audits
  • CF1R, CF2R, CF3R Certifications

3. Scheduling and Payments

  • Appointments can be scheduled online or via phone at (628) 225-2613.
  • Payments are due at the time of inspection and can be made via Zelle, Venmo, cash, credit, or debit (4% fee applies for card payments).
  • Payment is required regardless of whether the inspection passes or fails.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Failure to cancel within the required timeframe may result in a cancellation fee.
  • Rescheduling is allowed but subject to availability.

5. Inspection and Reporting

  • Our inspector will arrive within a 2-hour window and call 30-60 minutes prior to arrival.
  • If the inspection passes, we will generate and submit the necessary documentation to the San Francisco DBI.
  • Reports are typically processed within 10 business days.

6. Liability and Disclaimer

  • We provide our services on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
  • We do not guarantee the approval of any compliance documents by regulatory authorities.
  • We are not responsible for any damages, financial loss, or compliance failures arising from the use of our services.

7. Retests and Discounts

  • If an inspection fails, retests are available at a $75 discount.
  • Clients must correct any deficiencies before scheduling a retest.

8. User Conduct

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking our services.
  • Misrepresentation or fraudulent activity may result in service refusal and legal action.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
